3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Pricing and GST

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

3.2 Order Placement and Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.3 Payment

  • Payment must be made through our designated secure payment methods (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other approved payment processors).
  • By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery (International Direct Mail)

  • Shipping Destination: Our service is designed for Chinese customers, and all products are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse to addresses in Mainland China.
  • Customs and Taxes: As an international direct mail service, you (the recipient) are the importer of record. You are responsible for complying with all regulations of China Customs and providing accurate identification information for customs clearance.
  • Shipping Time: International direct mail typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance speed. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk Transfer: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the international logistics carrier.

5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any of your rights under the ACL.

5.1 Consumer Guarantees

For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Major Failure: A major failure occurs when:

  • You would not have purchased the product if you had known about the problem.
  • The product is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • The product is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
  • The product is unsafe.

Minor Failure: If the failure is not major, it is considered a minor failure. We may choose to repair, replace, or refund.

5.2 Returns and Remedies (Exchange Only)

Due to the nature of international purchasing (involving cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and food safety), we implement an "Exchange Only" policy. If the product is severely damaged during transportation or has quality issues, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product. Except where required by law (including the ACL), we do not accept refund requests due to change of mind or personal preference. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WOL PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or products purchased.

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
