Shipping Policy
At WOL CLOTHING, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Australian Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate (3-7 business days).
- Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate (1-3 business days).
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- New Zealand: Flat rate $20 AUD (5-10 business days).
- Asia Pacific: Starting from $25 AUD (7-14 business days).
- Rest of World: Starting from $35 AUD (10-20 business days).
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm AEST will typically be dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
